The Candidate Tracker uses state of the art technology to offer user-friendly, secure access to the information you need. Agenda were the first pre-employment screening company to offer this service and we are continually updating it to ensure we stay ahead of the competition. Implemented on secure services located in an access controlled, steel-lined room at our headquarters, the system is protected by world-class firewalls, intruder detection systems, multi-layer anti-virus, ISO27001 accreditation and skilled IT staff.

Whether the need is for a simple one-off check, a basic or probity screening, a Criminal Record Bureau check or a fully comprehensive or executive screening package, Agenda Security Services have developed a process which takes care of it all. The Information Security Investigation System (ISIS) is a bespoke solution designed specifically for pre-employment screening and to meet the user-organisation’s individual needs. The ISIS system manages the whole process and includes an array of powerful features including:

The system has evolved tremendously over the last three years but there are already plans in place to make further enhancements. Besides improving Agenda’s service efficiency, the ISIS system also facilitates the delivery of a quality screening service in impressively quick turn-round times - a fully comprehensive screening is typically completed in just over 6 days. The system can also be adapted to communicate with and update clients’ systems in real-time.

The Candidate Input System is a secure online system which integrates seamlessly with our Information Security Investigation System (ISIS) and enables clients to request a screening with a simple one-page form. The system also links with our real time candidate tracking system to provide end-to-end access for clients wishing to review the progress and status of their candidate screening process. The whole CIS system was developed to make screening as easy as possible for our clients yet, equally importantly, as painless as possible for their candidates.

Data Protection and Personal Information
Agenda has always taken information security seriously, with our Secured by Design facilities, fully screened staff trained in the handling of personal information and our externally audited ISO27001 Information Security Management Standard certification demonstrating this.

But you should go further, for example we believe strongly that you should only ask for the information specifically required to conduct the pre-employment screening from individuals and that their information should be secure. We will never and have never provided this information to any third parties. We are also committed to the continual development of our systems and processes as the threats change. Information security will feature strongly in the project plans for our new servers and software systems for our next generation Information Security Investigation System (ISIS) development.
