Data Protection and Personal Information
Agenda has always taken information security seriously, with our Secured by Design facilities, fully screened staff trained in the handling of personal information and our externally audited ISO27001 Information Security Management Standard certification demonstrating this.
But you should go further, for example we believe strongly that you should only ask for the information specifically required to conduct the pre-employment screening from individuals and that their information should be secure. We will never and have never provided this information to any third parties. We are also committed to the continual development of our systems and processes as the threats change. Information security will feature strongly in the project plans for our new servers and software systems for our next generation Information Security Investigation System (ISIS) development.

Screening information access: We provide a process for candidates to request their screening results under the Data Protection Act through our transparent post screening after care process.
Screening level escalation: Clients often have different levels of screening checks for different roles within the organisation. Where your candidate moves internally within your organisation from a low risk to higher risk position there is no need for the candidate to go though the whole process again but we simply add on the additonal higher level check requirements not covered previously. This makes the process much easier, quicker to complete and cost effective.
